NEWS BRIEF: On May 16, a local bank in Cabuyao, Laguna had been robbed and killed, in a execution style, ten of its employees. Justice Secretary Raul Gonzales had then openly said that if only he could, he would issue shoot-to-kill order to robbers involved. Days after his comments were made, policemen had killed on pretext of a “legitimate encounter/shoot out” four men, whom they claimed involved in criminal activity though their involvement in the robbery have yet to be establish. The Commission of Human Rights (CHR), however, rejected the police’s versions saying it was a “rubout”/Photo taken from multiply.com. One of the police crime scene photos that should have not been leaked to public.
